Sites prices are for 2 guests and children. Additional guests over 18 will be additional:
$5/day, $25/week, and $50/month

RATES INCLUDE: Water, Sewer, Garbage plus 5% Lodgers Tax

There will be a $20.00 fee on all cancellations

Park Rules

  • Cats/Dogs Only. 2 Pets Max
  • Pets have to be kept on a leash.
  • Please clean up after your pet.
  • Free WIFI but NOT Unlimited Bandwidth
  • RV Space is to be kept clean.
  • DO NOT flush paper towels and clothing in RV toilets
  • Speed Limit 5 miles per hour
  • One Way Traffic
  • NO removal of vegetation allowed
  • NO campfires NO Charcoal grills allowed
  • Check Out Time 11:00 A.M.
  • After check-in, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for ANY reason. You may pay for any length of time you choose to stay, but PLAN TO STAY FOR WHAT YOU PAY.
  • $100 refundable credit card damage deposit due at time of reservation. On Weekly and Monthlys
  • Total rent due at time of check-in.
  • We DO NOT keep your credit card info, so please call a day or two after check-out for deposit refund.
  • All RVs must be able to show proof of insurance
