Park Rules

  • Pets may be owner-approved on an individual basis.
  • Cats/Dogs Only. 2 Pets Max
  • Pets have to be kept on a leash.
  • Please clean up after your pet.
  • Free WIFI  located in the green room, but NOT Unlimited Bandwidth
  • RV Space is to be kept clean.
  • DO NOT flush paper towels and clothing in RV toilets
  • Speed Limit 5 miles per hour
  • One Way Traffic
  • NO removal of vegetation allowed
  • NO campfires NO Charcoal grills allowed
  • Check Out Time 11:00 A.M.
  • After check-in, there are absolutely no refunds for any reason. You may pay for any length of time you choose to stay, but plan to stay for what you pay.
  • Total rent due at time of check-in.
  • All RVs must be able to show proof of insurance
  • Check In hours: between Noon and 7:00pm
  • Check Out: by 11:00am

REVISED Cancellation Policy

If you find the need to cancel your reservation, here are the details of our revised cancellation policy:

  • 1. Cancellations initiated more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, but a cancellation fee of $45 will be deducted.

    2. For cancellations made within 14 days of your expected arrival date, no monetary refund will be provided. However, you will receive a credit that can be used for future camping. This credit, valid for one year, will be granted after deducting a $45 change fee.

    3. Please note that any further date alterations will incur an additional $45 change fee each time.
  • No refunds due to weather or early departure.
  • The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Blues Festival, Tour of the Gila. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends but are happy to move your dates if you want to change them one time. Please give 2 weeks’ notice to move your reservation.
  • If you need to cancel, please call (575) 538-0918 before the deadlines stated above to receive your refund. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
